
Sourdough Pizza Workshop
Come & learn to make sourdough pizza! Tasty & nutritious, sure to be a family favourite. This workshop is for adults & children from age 8 (under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult). The perfect activity during the summer holidays to encourage healthy eating habits & an interest in cooking together.
Each person will make an individual pizza using a selection of toppings. You will learn how to make the dough & receive a starter & instructions to take away so you can get going with it at home.
You will also learn how to make your own creme fraiche & a delicious mayonnaise-style dip for your crusts!

Join Therese in this fun class where you will not only learn how to make sourdough pizza but also learn the basics of sourdough bread baking, including how to make a sourdough starter and how to keep it alive! You will learn how to mix, shape and stretch the dough. We work with the finest ingredients and a wide range of toppings to make the baking part exciting! You’ll be baking your own pizza and finally, you will be the judge of your hard work and sit down to enjoy the pizza you created with the other students.
