Facilities at Sullington Manor Farm

Table Tennis

An all-weather table tennis table is available for holiday cottage guests, bats and balls are provided – though serious players are welcome to bring their own and I’m sure we can find blackboard and chalk for those all important holiday competitions!

Tennis Court

The club standard court is well maintained and there is a selection of old racquets for use.

Swimming Pool

This lovely, heated outdoor pool is found next to the 19th century ‘granary’, is surrounded by garden and has far reaching views – the perfect way to while away an afternoon.  It  is great for swimming lengths, has a spring board and a slide. The pool is usually open from late May.

There are around 4 miles of footpaths on the farm, including part of the South Downs Way.  Hike right from your door to Arundel (and catch the train back to Amberley). Ramble under the Downs to the pub for lunch or enjoy a drink on a balmy summer’s evening and  use Byre Cottages as your base for tramping the South Downs Way.

South Downs National Park

We’re right in the heart of the South Downs National Park with plenty of footpaths, bike trails and bridlepaths from our doorstep! Take in the fresh air and nature that surrounds us here.

Children’s Activities

Children are welcome! We have a Wendy house, scooters and cars for younger children and picnic tables on the shared lawn allow you to watch your children whilst enjoying snacks and drinks.  Children are welcome to help collecting the eggs each morning.  Byre Cottages are ideal for a family holiday.
